aDIGITAL.cards is an online platform for creating and sharing digital business cards and, optionally, for using other business management modules (management and invoicing, POS, CRM, time tracking, notes, calculator, virtual assistant and social media). Use of the platform is governed by the Terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy.
3. Access conditions
Browsing the website is free and does not require registration. An account is needed to create a card or use the modules. Anyone who uses the website undertakes to do so in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to harm the service or third parties, or to send unsolicited communications.
4. Content published by users
Each digital card and each piece of content a user publishes (texts, images, videos, links, contact details, promotions) is the sole responsibility of that user. The owner acts as a provider of a data hosting service and, under article 16 of the LSSI-CE, is not liable for that content as long as it has no actual knowledge that it is unlawful or harms the property or rights of a third party.
If you come across such content, write to us at with the address of the card and the reason: we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, the code, the aDIGITAL.cards brand, the logos and the platform's own texts belong to the owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except as needed to use the service normally. The content users upload remains theirs, with the licence of use described in the Terms of use.
6. Liability and links
The owner strives to keep the platform running continuously and securely, but does not guarantee the total absence of interruptions or errors, and is not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Links to third-party sites (including those users put on their cards) are provided as they are: the owner does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; where the user is a consumer, to the courts of the user's place of residence.
