Terms of use

Courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
In short: creating your card is free. If you take a paid plan, it is charged in advance every month or every year and you can cancel whenever you like from your account, with no minimum term. What you publish is yours and you are responsible for it. You can take your data with you.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by the owner identified in the Legal notice. These terms govern the use of adigital.cards, cuenta.adigital.cards and all the modules of the suite. By creating an account, you accept them.
2. The account
- To register you must be over 18 and act on your own behalf or with sufficient authority for the company you represent.
- Registration details must be true and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account, including what the people in your team do with the permissions you give them; if you suspect unauthorised access, let us know straight away.
- A single account gives access to all the modules you have active.
- You can create the account yourself, or your accountancy firm or the platform administrator can sign you up with your email (or one they create for you) and a password. Your accountancy firm manages your access to Management; you subscribe to the other modules yourself with the same account.
- The holder of an account can invite other people to their team and give them permissions over the modules they have subscribed to. A team member uses the holder's account on the holder's behalf: they do not subscribe to or pay for anything, and the holder can change their permissions or remove them from the team at any time. The holder undertakes to invite only people who work with or for them, to tell them that their access is logged, to give them only the permissions they need, and to remove from the team anyone who no longer needs them.
3. Plans and prices
- The Digital card has a free plan and paid plans (PRO, BUSINESS and TEAM) with the features and prices shown on the website and in your account at the time of subscribing.
- The other modules are subscribed to separately or in a bundle. Those shown as «trial period» can be used free of charge while they are being finished; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before they start being charged for, and they will never be charged without your agreement.
- Prices include taxes or not as stated when you subscribe; the invoice breaks them down.
- Each plan includes space for documents and a monthly download limit; if you exceed it, you can upgrade your plan or delete documents.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payment is made by card through Stripe, in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel it beforehand from your account.
- You can cancel whenever you like, with no minimum term or penalty. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid and then the account moves to the free plan; the unused part of the current period is not refunded, except as provided in point 5.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know and may move the account to the free plan if it is not resolved within 14 days.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies at the next renewal and you can cancel beforehand at no cost.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the subscription to withdraw without giving reasons, by writing to . If you ask for the service to start during that period, on withdrawal you will only be charged the proportional part already provided. Professionals and businesses do not have this right, which the law reserves for consumers.
6. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to:
- publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, impersonates another person or infringes the rights of third parties (trademarks, images, intellectual property, personal data);
- send unsolicited commercial communications or use the virtual assistant for that purpose;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or modules and options you have no permission for, get around the plan limits, or overload or attack the service;
- resell the service without a prior agreement with us.
If these rules are broken, we may remove the content, restrict the account or close it, letting you know beforehand unless the seriousness of the breach or the law prevents it.
7. Your content and your data
- What you upload (texts, images, customer data, invoices) remains yours. You only give us the permission needed to host it, show it where you decide (for example, your public card) and make backups, while you keep the account.
- For the personal data of third parties that you or the people in your team enter, you are the controller and we are the processor, under the terms of the Privacy policy (points 4 and 4 bis), which form part of these terms.
- You can export your data at any time and, when you leave, ask us for it in a standard format.
- The documents the program prepares (invoices, quotes, tax returns) are reviewed and filed by you or your accountancy firm: the platform is a tool and does not replace professional advice.
- If you share a document by link, anyone with the link (and its password, if you set one) can download it until it expires or you revoke it. You are responsible for whom you share it with.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for external reasons. We may improve, change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something essential from a paid plan, we will let you know in advance and you will be able to cancel with a refund of the unused part.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in every case where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Outside those cases, and for professional users, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for content published by users or for the use third parties make of public cards.
10. Closing the account
You can delete your account whenever you like from the account itself or by writing to us. If you delete a holder account, the people in your team lose access to it. If you are a member of another account's team, when the holder removes you from the team you lose access to their data, and what you created in their modules stays in their account. We may close it for a serious breach of these terms, or if the service stops being provided, giving you at least 30 days' notice so that you can export your data.
If your account has documents, during the 30 days of closure you can download them all as a ZIP from your account; after that period they are deleted, as explained in the Privacy policy (point 6).
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a relevant way, we will let you know by email or in your account at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can leave before they apply.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction, and you can also turn to the consumer services of your region. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's registered address.
